Gretchen’s devotion to real estate is the result of her nine-year marketing career that focused solely on luxury properties in the Colorado mountains. She was the owner of a branding and advertising firm instrumental in over $5 Billion of real estate sales. Now, she brings the same marketing expertise to the homes she sells throughout the Las Vegas valley. She looks forward to helping her clients find their perfect home while providing professional representation for both buyers and sellers. With the Las Vegas real estate market constantly changing, Gretchen is dedicated to staying updated on current market trends. She understands that purchasing a home is not only an investment, but a lifestyle decision. Originally from Pittsburgh, PA (and a loyal Steeler fan), Gretchen is happy to call Vegas "home". She is a graduate of Indiana University, Bloomington with a degree in Marketing from the School of Business.
